Just wanted to say thanks for the tech support in setting up a domain last week. You guys/ladies have a great attitude and I’m very happy with both domains I have hosted there. Keep up the great work!

As a graphic designer for a local college district and proprietor of a local online sports section, I deal with a lot of customer service reps at all sorts of companies across Houston. It was refreshing to deal with a tech support rep that was both friendly and helpful, who got my problem solved fairly quickly and went above and beyond to keep me informed.

I just wanted to write you a brief not to say, I think your customer service rep. Hosting company did an outstanding job in dealing with me, concerning my new website. She is great and whatever you are paying her should be doubled. A good customer service rep. like her needs to be recognized.
